After teaching thousands of people over the past fifteen years how to eat mostly RAW with SOME cooked foods, I have developed a regime that integrates the concepts of cleansing, nourishing and balancing your body for optimal health and vitality on a daily basis.  This regime targets three key areas that I believe, if everyone paid attention to, greatly impacts and improves overall health and well being.    Increasing your intake of antioxidants and omega 3 oils,  as well as adding green drinks to help alkalinize and detoxify your body are three of the best proactive steps you can take towards reaching your health and vitality goals.

The RawSome Robyn Regime

*NOTE:  everyday please have: 1) 3 servings of barley grass with your goal being 1 tsp. 3xs a day, (if you want to be healthy and lean…think green!)  2) 2 servings of ground up flax 1 ½ T per serving (1/4 cup a day is a therapeutic dose) 3) at least 1 heaping T of spirulina 4) 1 tsp. aloe vera juice 5)2 T Tart Cherry Juice 6) 2tsp -2T of coconut oil

Get up and get going alkalinizer

mix ¼ - 1 tsp of barley grass into coconut water or combo of coconut apple juice

Morning Break –Fast Smoothie

8-10 oz almond milk

1 banana

1 heaping T carob mint spirulina

1 ½ T ground flax seeds

1 tsp. aloe vera juice

Tsp. coconut oil (optional)

Stevia (optional)

Daily Fiber Blend (optional)

American Gingseng (optional)

 

Grind flax seeds fresh in dry blender or coffee grinder.  Add the rest of the ingredients and blend on high.

Late morning alkalinizer

mix ¼ - 1 tsp of barley grass into coconut water or combo of coconut apple juice

1 ½ T ground flax seeds (optional)

Mid afternoon Spirulina Shake Blast (optional )

8-10 oz almond milk

1  frozen banana

1 heaping T carob mint spirulina

1 tsp. raw cacao powder

1 tsp – 1 T coconut oil

Drop of peppermint oil (optional)

Mid afternoon Blast option 2

1 1/2 T ground up flax

1 T coconut oil

1 tsp of barley

8oz of coconut water!  

Pre dinner alkalinizer

mix ¼ - 1 tsp of barley grass into coconut water

 

Daily Cheery Elixir

Mix 1 T of Tart Cherry Juice in 8-16 oz of water and sip throughout the afternoon

 

Cherry Hot Tattie

Warm up 8 oz of apple juice keeping temp below 118 degrees

Add 1 T Tart Cherry Juice and stir well.  YUM YUM YUM
